3. Small flathead (optional, depends on model)
4. Socket and wrench ( depends on model)

How to replace your brake light switch

1. Find a level surface and safe place to park.
2. Pull brake lever to engage brakes, this is required for your safety.
3. Locate the brake light switch, most vehicles this is located under your foot brake pad under your dash. if you have a panel, carefully remove panel to access brake light switch .
4. Disconnect, removing the wiring connector.
5. Align the new brake light switch and lock in place.
6. Reattach panel (vehicle applicable).
7. Release your brake lever that's done in step 2.
8. Test your brake lights, ABS and cruise control settings, this should also fix the problem of push starts, and shifting gear.
